Fully automatic line for the production of bread and buns (baked, half-baked, fresh or frozen).

 

 

 

Fully automatic PLC controlled silo and weighing system (Reimelt)

• Outdoor storage silos (12-13 tons).
• Indoor storage silos for ingredients (1 ton).
• Liquid yeast metering unit (1 ton).
• Liquid sourdough metering units (1 ton).
• 1 control unit with VDU for manual and computer weighing includes hard- and software.

 

 

Dough Mixing.

Fully automatic stainless steel kneader (Stephan) with fully automatic depositing,

and discharging as well as dough conveying belts to bread or roll plant.

 

 

Dough Handling Bun Roll.

Fully automatic roll plant (Winkler; Output: 16,000 pcs/h).

• 10-pocket head machine with dough storage hopper.
• 10-pocket first proofer with forming station for Kaiser, Star and divided rolls (for other roll types the forming station can optionally be disengaged).
• Cutting station for cut rolls (On/Off switch function).
• 20-pocket final proofer with transfer bridge to wiremesh band oven.

 

 

Dough Handling Big Breads.

Fully automatic bread plant (Winkler) for round and long loaves with a capacity from 800 pcs/h (weight range: 400G - 150.

• Dough storage hopper.
• Dough dividing machine.
• Check weigher.
• Round and conical moulder (automatic control).
• First proofer.
• Long roller.
• Final proofer with automatic tipping station to wiremesh band oven.

 

 

Baking oven.                                            

Fully automatic program controlled endless wiremesh band oven (Winkler; length: 24 m, width: 2,50 M). 

Variable adjustment of operating speed, temperature and steam supply.

 

 

Cooling line.

Approx. 50 m long cooling conveyor (Schmidt-Lunen) with track switch optional for direct take off (fresh packed) or for fully automatic feed to freezer tunnel.

 

 

Freezing Line.

Nitrogen freezing tunnel, stainless steel, (AGEFKO) approx. 2 m wide and 20 m long (endless band). 

Infinitely variable speed regulation as well as temperature regulation.

 

 

Packing Line

4-pocket fully automatic counting machine (Homburg) for rolls, with selection switch for large or small packages.

Fully automatic process controlled vertical tubular bag machine (Homburg). 

Carton sealing machine with lettering rolls for marking of cartons (BEDO). 

Automatic conveying off of cartons onto roller band.

Palette stretching station (semi-automatic).
