Product: SOFT NOUGAT coated with Chocolate.
At present, the line making only one product and using up to 5 % Desiccated coconut powder, no other dry fruits use. However, in future, we have plan to use almond, pistachio, peanuts etc. and will make cereal based bars also)

Taste of Chocolate : Milk Chocolate

Cooking method being used: Aerated Cooking System. At present, the system consist a Dissolving Tank, Vacuum cooker, aerating system, then mix manually through a mixer.
